These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of FlightToFrame.com, including customer accounts, photographer accounts, photo searches, orders, payments, and related services.

1. About FlightToFrame

FlightToFrame.com is an online platform that allows photographers to upload aircraft and flight-related photographs, and allows customers to search for and purchase available images and related products.

The platform is designed to help customers find photographs of flights they may have travelled on by searching using details such as flight number and date.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with security, or attempt to bypass payment or verification systems.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use some parts of the website. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, infringement, inaccurate information, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Searches and photo information

Customers may search using flight number, date, route, location or other available details. FlightToFrame cannot guarantee that a photograph exists for every flight or that all search results and uploaded flight details are complete or error-free.

Customers should review product previews and details before placing an order.

5. Orders and payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any delivery charges, taxes or fees displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is declined, the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not possible.

6. Delivery and fulfilment

Physical products may be fulfilled by third-party print, production, or delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates only unless we state otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We may not be able to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Refunds and returns

Refunds, replacements and returns are handled under our Refunds and Returns Policy. Many products are made to order using the customer's chosen photograph and product option, so change-of-mind returns are not normally offered.

8. Photographer uploads and image rights

Photographers are responsible for ensuring they own or have the legal right to upload and commercialise any photograph they provide. Photographer-specific rules are set out in our Photographer Terms and Conditions.

9. Copyright and intellectual property

Website branding, design, logos, text, platform code, layout and graphics belong to FlightToFrame or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright in the photograph to the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Prohibited use

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, redistribute, remove watermarks, or commercially exploit photographs or website content without written permission.

11. Third-party services

The website may use third-party services such as Stripe, print suppliers, delivery companies, hosting providers, email providers, analytics services and other tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, supplier outages or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightToFrame is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, uploaded content errors, third-party fulfilment delays, payment-provider delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
